At the March 21 Westport Republican Town Committee Meeting officers were elected for the March 2006 to March 2008 committee. 17 new members joined the Republican Town Committee in March. WRTC CAUCUSES
On Tuesday evening January, 10th, at caucuses in the nine Westport RTM/RTC districts Republican voters turned out to elect a new Republican Town Committee that will serve from March 2006 to March 2008. Republican Town Chairman Pete Wolgast indicated that he was very pleased that 17 new members were elected to the 40 member committee.
